Baseline Questionnaire on Fecal Sludge Management at Households & Establishments

The questionnaire can be used to collect baseline data on current sanitation structures and arrangements in all households/ establishments. The baseline will provide a benchmark against which to measure the progress and achievements of interventions on septage management.
